About Joe’s

Joe has been involved in the fitness industry for many years and fitness has been a passion of his since his late teens, working with clients of many various backgrounds and abilities, from clients who want to lose weight, gain muscle, gain strength, and improve their mobility.

Joe has also worked with clients who are disabled and has found safe and effective ways to train them.

Joe’s main areas of expertise would include; body transformation, weight training, strength training, fat loss, calisthenics, circuits, bodyweight training, improving mobility and flexibility and managing lower back pain.
