About Claire

I am a passionate advocate for the power of strength training and focused nutrition programming to achieve dramatic physical transformations. Many of my clients have lost between 60-120lbs, gained 40lbs of lean muscle or shifted 10-20% body fat, all through structured weight training and intensive nutrition coaching.

I am very dedicated to correcting postural imbalances, paying special attention to mobility, flexibility and core stability as, in my experience, this facilitates more significant results and leads to happier, more physically capable clients in the long term.
